A different view of our home in Senan House Irelands first commercial passive build. Over the past number of months we’ve had representatives visit from government, international & national companies and from our local community.
All of whom have discovered how accessible Enniscorthy and GreentechHQ is via national roads, rail and bus networks. We’re 30 minutes from Rosslare Port, 90 minutes from Dublin Airport, 6 minutes from the N11 and have a surrounding workforce in excess of 350,000.
South East enjoys more sunshine, better quality of life, lower cost of living, better priced housing (+ more for your investment) and the beauty of living in a coastal county surrounded by fields, forest walks and an abundance of hill walks.
