The Role: Business Programme Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Programme Manager to lead our Advantage Programme. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of the programme, aligning with GreenTech HQ’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Oversee the Advantage Programme’s implementation and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with participants, mentors, and industry experts to ensure the programme’s success.
- Workshops and Masterclasses: Coordinate and facilitate expert-led workshops, masterclasses, and peer-to-peer learning sessions.
- SaaS Platform Management: Oversee the GT Advantage Framework’s use and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on programme KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
- Strategic Insight: Provide strategic counsel to participating businesses, leveraging expert panels to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing or owning a business or business team.
- Expertise in finance, marketing, sales, HR, or operations.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring.
- Strong involvement in innovation or entrepreneurship.
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in data analysis techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A business degree or equivalent.
