Transformative Growth Opportunity

The B.A.S.S.E. programme offers participating companies a comprehensive framework designed to accelerate business growth while integrating sustainability into their core operations. Through strategic labs, peer coaching circles, and expert mentorship, participants will develop individualised blueprints for breakthrough growth based on 12 essential business pillars.

“What makes this programme truly transformative is its dual focus on business advantage and sustainability,” says Barry Walsh from The Power of 7, who facilitates the programme’s peer coaching circles. “We’re not just looking at short-term gains – we’re building resilient businesses that can thrive in tomorrow’s economy.“

The programme’s ambitious targets reflect this transformative potential:

  • Supporting 62 enterprises over three years
  • Creating over 450 new jobs in the region
  • Increasing diversity and inclusion from 10% to 20%

Building Business Resilience Through Sustainability

In today’s challenging business landscape, embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices isn’t just about compliance – it’s about competitive advantage. The B.A.S.S.E. programme equips participants with the tools and knowledge to turn sustainability into a key business driver.

The B.A.S.S.E. programme offers:
* Strategic Growth Labs for tailored business blueprints
* Peer Coaching Circles for professional development
* Expert Mentorship from industry leaders
* ESG Integration for sustainable practices

Greentech HQ Bee Initiative: Sustainability in Action

As part of our commitment to practical sustainability, GreenTech HQ is proud to showcase our Greentech HQ Bee Initiative, which directly supports Ireland’s National Pollination Plan. This initiative provides B.A.S.S.E. participants with a tangible way to contribute to biodiversity preservation while enhancing their sustainability credentials.

With one-third of Ireland’s 98 bee species threatened with extinction, our partnership with Killiane Castle Honey creates protected habitats where bees can flourish. Each sponsored hive supports the Irish Native honeybee, and participants also receive solitary bee hives to further enhance local biodiversity.

Each participant in the B.A.S.S.E. programme received a beehive which features their company branding.  This solitary beehive will reside at the business owners home or work garden, a new home for Ireland’s bees to live and grow.

In addition, each participant received a fruit tree to be planted in the Greentech HQ orchard at Senan House in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. These trees will contribute to the sustainability of the existing beehive colonies on site and will yield fresh, locally grown fruit for the garden for many years to come.
