Lisa is a legal and governance professional with 19 years’ experience in Entity Governance & Compliance.

She is a qualified company secretary and member of the Governance Institute.

On a voluntary basis she is a Director / Trustee and Company Secretary for the National Opera House, a charitable company registered with the CRA.
